With appropriate social distancing
and adherence to strict capacity requirements based on current guidance from
the state, county, and university officials, general organizational meetings
are allowed. Capacities will be limited to 30%-35% occupancy with the
ability to physical distance. Organizers wishing to meet in person will
need to follow recommendations put in place to make sure individuals attending
the event are safe.
For University Center & Special
Events (UCEN) facilities, our department reserves the right to end all
meetings and events that are deemed unsafe or outside the established safety
guidelines. Failure to operate within these guidelines may result in the
cancellation of future bookings and events.
For the fall semester, meetings are 60 minutes starting at 6:00
pm so we can help accommodate academic classes in many of our
spaces. To safely clean and prepare rooms for the next meeting, UCEN
requires 60 minutes between scheduled events. Meeting times
for MSC, Rudder Tower and All Faiths Chapel in the evening Sunday – Thursday
6:00 – 7:00 pm
8:00 – 9:00 pm
10:00 – 11:00 pm
If you request a meeting time out of this block,
your times will be adjusted to fit in the time slot available. For
special events, consideration will be given for requests outside of those time
appropriate meeting space is unavailable, use a virtual meeting to reach out to
